The XCMG QY25K-II Truck Crane is a 25-ton construction crane with simple operation, flexible control, and stable lifting performance. It is widely used in urban construction, road and bridge projects, port operations, oilfields, industrial plants, mining enterprises, and other lifting and installation applications.
The crane is equipped with a bi-hexagonal cross-section boom, which provides strong bearing capacity, good anti-bending performance, reduced deformation, and powerful lifting ability. The main boom length ranges from 10.7m to 34m, offering excellent lifting performance for different jobsite requirements. The boom is made with high-strength steel plate, helping improve the lifting performance of the fully extended boom.
The XCMG QY25K-II Truck Crane also adopts a plug-in boom head design, which effectively increases the boom connection length and reduces boom deformation during operation. Its superior travel and grade ability make it suitable for different road and working conditions, with a maximum grade ability of 40% and a maximum travel speed of 80 km/h.
For hydraulic performance, the crane uses an open fixed-displacement pump and variable-displacement motor system. The load-sensitive hydraulic system helps deliver smooth operation, high working efficiency, and better energy saving. The high-pressure variable-displacement motor provides high speed under light loads and low speed under heavy loads, making lifting operations more stable and efficient.
The XCMG QY25K-II Truck Crane features XCMG's patented boom telescoping system, which helps prevent telescoping cylinder bending and boom damage caused by misoperation, improving overall operation safety. In addition, the duplex engine working mode helps reduce power consumption during upper-structure operation, contributing to lower fuel consumption and better operating economy.
