The purifying level at the outlet can reach a thousand-level cleanliness, while the bench level can reach a ten-thousand-level cleanliness. The unit is equipped with a mobile paddle wheel and adjustable jack at the bottom, making it easy to move and fix in the required location, allowing for convenient and flexible operation.
