It features a comprehensive cycle configuration, including fabric, instrument-rubber, quick, liquid, and lumen programs, along with BD, PCD, leak test and other auxiliary cycles, ensuring precise sterilization results for different types of loads.
Equipped with a clear LCD interface, the system displays temperature, pressure, time, cycle progress, and fault alerts in real time. Its intelligent drying system ensures low residual humidity-no more than 0.2% after instrument drying and less than 1% after bedding drying-helping maintain the quality and usability of sterilized items. The Pulsating Vacuum Sterilizer also integrates a built-in steam generator and advanced microcomputer temperature control, reducing waiting time while improving energy efficiency.
To enhance traceability and operational safety, the unit includes an onboard printer for recording essential process data, as well as multiple protection features such as automatic over-temperature safeguarding, dual safety interlock for door pressure and temperature, over-pressure relief valve, short-circuit protection, and over-voltage protection. With a complete four-level authority management system, the Pulsating Vacuum Sterilizer minimizes operational errors and supports safe, standardized sterilization workflows in demanding clinical environments.
