This Vertical Flow Hood features a single-sided operation model with a 7° tilted front window design that adheres to ergonomic principles, reducing operator strain and enhancing comfort during prolonged use. The work surface, constructed from premium 304 brushed stainless steel, offers durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning. The cabinet body is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel with an electrostatic coating, combining aesthetic appeal with structural stability. A pre-filter is included to capture larger particles, significantly extending the HEPA filter's lifespan.
The user-friendly touch control panel includes intuitive buttons for fan, lighting, UV, power, and airflow adjustment, alongside an integrated display showing real-time data such as airflow speed, operation time, and filter status. Filters can be conveniently replaced from the front of the cabinet without moving the unit, simplifying maintenance. The 5mm tempered glass front window features anti-detachment design and smooth, adjustable movement, allowing it to hover securely at any desired height.
With an 8-speed adjustable fan, the cabinet accommodates a variety of experimental requirements. The interlocking function between the UV lamp, fan, and fluorescent light enhances safety, while features such as UV lamp delay-start and scheduling functions improve operational efficiency. A robust alarm system provides alerts for front window height, excessive filter pressure, filter replacement, and airflow fluctuations, ensuring consistent reliability.
